You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Pro access until then.
We do not offer partial-month refunds. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day billing cycle, you will not be charged again but you keep access for the remaining 25 days.
One-time credit pack purchases ($5 for 100 credits) are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
Note: addon credits are tied to an active Pro subscription. If your Pro subscription is cancelled or lapses, any remaining addon credits will expire along with it.
If you were charged due to a technical error or a duplicate charge on our part, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund. Please include the email address associated with your account and the charge date.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing issues quickly and chargebacks may result in account suspension per Stripe's policies.
1. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription to cancel your plan.
