By accessing or using Yevia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Yevia is an AI-powered content generation platform that transforms videos and web content into social media posts, articles, and other formats. We offer a Free plan, a Creator subscription ($19/month), and an Agency subscription ($59/month).

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or proprietary systems
• Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or disinformation at scale
• Violate third-party platform terms of service (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

Content you submit to Yevia (video URLs, text, uploads) remains yours. Content generated by Yevia using your inputs belongs to you. By submitting content, you grant Yevia a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

The Yevia platform, its name, logo, and technology are our intellectual property.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $19. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Yevia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yevia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Yevia in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Yevia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
